What are Rank Rewards?

Rank Rewards is a program that evaluates the efforts of streamers in REALITY based on the "Streamer Rank" and offers various benefits (rewards) each month according to their rank.
Rewards include in-app items gifted monthly, as well as the release of special features and the rollout of campaigns.

Hand Tracking Feature Re-release!

Ever since its debut on April Fool's Day last year, we have received numerous requests for the revival of the hand tracking feature, which had been difficult to formalize. Now, we can re-release it for a limited period and to limited users! 🎉

As a Rank Reward benefit, it is available to streamers with an A rank!

👋 What is Hand Tracking?

It's a feature that reflects not only your facial movements and expressions but also the movements of your hands and fingers onto your avatar!
Try waving at the camera while your avatar is displayed in the app during a stream!

Implementation Period

From April 15, 2024 at 01:00 CDT to June 30, 2024 at 09:59 CDT

Campaign Details

• This feature is provided experimentally for verification purposes before formalization.
• If you have an A rank, hand tracking will be automatically enabled when the avatar operation screen is displayed after April 15, 2024 at 01:00 CDT.
• If your rank falls to B or lower, hand tracking will be disabled. You can use it again by regaining an A rank.
• If you are already displaying your avatar and reach April 15, 2024 at 01:00 CDT during a stream, the feature may not automatically activate. In this case, please try restarting the app.
• Hand tracking can be disabled by selecting "Hand Tracking OFF" from the menu (Emote Circle) displayed by long-pressing on the screen. To re-enable, select "Hand Tracking ON".

• If "Hide Emote Selection" is enabled in the "NEXT REALITY" settings, the Emote Circle will not be displayed.
• To use hand tracking, your hand movements need to be visible to the device's front camera. If your hands aren't moving well, try moving them further from the device or closer to your face. If you have a wide-angle lens or stand for your phone, please make use of it!
• Hand tracking is a limited-time feature available until June 30, 2024 at 09:59 CDT. It will not be usable after this period, so please be aware.

■ Target of the Campaign and Tally Criteria
○ Prize Details and Conditions
The Rank Reward "Hand Tracking Feature Release (April 2024)" campaign (hereafter referred to as "this campaign") will grant the right to use the "Hand Tracking Feature" to accounts that meet the following conditions during the campaign period.

■ Prize Acquisition Conditions
- Must have the streamer rank activated.
- Must be of A rank in the streamer rank.

■ Distribution of Prizes
From April 15, 2024 at 01:00 CDT onwards, users with an A streamer rank will have the hand tracking feature automatically enabled.
The hand tracking feature will become unavailable once the streamer rank falls to B rank or lower.

• Trophies for ranks achieved and below are also eligible for distribution. If you achieve an A rank, you will receive all 5 types from A to E.
• Trophies of the same rank previously won cannot be re-acquired.
• From May onwards, trophies for the rank tallied on the 1st of the month will be distributed by the 15th of that month, and trophies for the rank tallied on the 15th will be distributed by the end of that month.

- Must have the streamer rank activated as of 0:00 JST on the 1st and 15th of each month, starting from April 14, 2024 at 20:00 CDT.
※ For the first installment in April 2024, based on the results of the rank tally at April 14, 2024 at 10:00 CDT, distribution will be completed by the end of the month.
※ Trophies of the same rank previously won cannot be re-acquired.

■ Distribution of Prizes
Trophies for the rank tallied on the 1st of the month will be distributed by the 15th of that month, and trophies for the rank tallied on the 15th will be distributed by the end of that month. If benefits are not distributed, please wait for a while.

■ Notices
