●   On the day of the event, please present the "Entrance Code" sent to you within the REALITY app at the reception desk.
●   The right to participate is reserved for the selected individual only, and it is not allowed to transfer, resell, or engage in any other form of transfer to others.
●   If it is discovered that someone other than the selected individual is participating, the right to participate will be invalidated. It is essential that the selected individual themselves participate without fail.
●   The Entrance Code is valid for one person only and can be used only on the specified date and time.
●   Please note that the Entrance Code will not be reissued under any circumstances (loss, damage, deletion, etc.). Therefore, please ensure that you keep it securely.
●   If it is determined by the Company that a participant has violated the terms of use of REALITY or engaged in any activity that falls under such violations after confirmation of participation, the right to participate may be invalidated.
●   In the event that the event is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as inclement weather or disasters, announcements will be made on the dedicated website and within the REALITY app.

●   Our staff will conduct identity verification and age verification at the reception on the day of the event. Please be aware that you will be required to present a valid identification document that confirms both your age and identity.

◆Regarding attendance

●   Depending on the congestion, there may be instances where you have to wait for a long time before entering or line up outdoors.
●   Please refrain from meeting or gathering with others after joining the queue, as it may inconvenience other customers.
●   On the day of the event, it will be an all-standing format.
