Thanksgiving Festival
REALITY CON, which was first held last year, has been confirmed to take place in November 2023!
REALITY CON is not only an event organized by our team but also a festival of gratitude towards all of you. With the hope that it can serve as a platform for expressing gratitude to our dear friends who spend time together on REALITY, we have adopted the concept of 'A Thanksgiving Festival with No Boundaries.' Based on this concept, this year's subtitle is 'A Cultural Festival Created by Everyone'.
Everyone who spends time on REALITY expresses various facets of themselves, not only through activities within REALITY but also through diverse forms of expression, such as art and handmade creations.
Therefore, we have turned it into a festival of co-creation, where we are seeking fan art, avatar photos, handmade creations, streaming plans, and various expressions and creations from all of you, from the entrance to the exit of REALITY CON!
We look forward to your submissions, attendance, and from the bottom of our hearts, we await your participation!

【Eligibility for Participation】
● At the time of the event, participants must be 13 years of age or older.
※However, those below elementary school age are not allowed to participate.
● Upon confirming and agreeing to these terms and conditions, participants may join through the designated methods by REALITY Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company').
● Employees of our company, their family members, and affiliates are not eligible to participate.

◆About Participation
● By applying, you are considered to have agreed to all the contents listed on this page (including accompanying persons).
● On the day of the event, please present your ticket at the venue reception.
● Each ticket is valid for one person and for the specified date and time only.
● This event is divided into parts. Entry is not allowed after the end time of the corresponding part. In this case, ticket refunds are not possible, so please understand this in advance.
● Please take good care of your ticket, as it will not be reissued for any reason (loss, damage, deletion, etc.).
● In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather or disasters, announcements will be made on the special website and within the REALITY app.

● Age verification will be conducted by our staff at the on-site reception on the day of the event. Please ensure that you bring one of the following forms of identification, which can confirm your age, and understand this requirement in advance:

◆About Attending the Event
● When coming to the event, please use public transportation such as trains and buses. Additionally, please be aware that you will be responsible for your transportation expenses to the venue.
● We may refuse entry to those who are not in good health at the day of the event.
● Depending on the crowd situation, you may have to wait for an extended period before entry, and in some cases, you may need to queue outdoors.
● Meeting or reuniting after queuing may inconvenience other guests, so please refrain from doing so.
● The event is all standing on the day.
● Please refrain from lining up the day before or during the late hours, as well as from staking out spots overnight. In the event of accidents or troubles caused by staying overnight, the organizer cannot be held responsible.
● Events such as natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances may lead to the cancellation of the event or changes in its schedule. Please check the dedicated website or REALITY app for updates when attending.
◆About the Venue
● There will be no cloakroom or baggage storage services inside the venue, so please refrain from bringing large bags.
● Please ensure to manage your personal belongings and valuables by yourself. We do not assume any responsibility for theft or loss.
● There are no dedicated changing rooms, so please be aware of this in advance.
● Please follow the guidance of the event staff inside the venue.
● If the event staff determines that an action is hindering the progress of the event, you may be asked to leave.
● For safety reasons, the event staff may need to inspect your belongings.
● Please note that the items listed in the section 'Other Prohibited Items at the Venue' below are not allowed to be brought into the venue.

◆About Photography in the Venue
● At this event venue, there may be requests for photography or interviews by event staff, various media personnel, and others.
